Terms of Service

  • Written discussions are the preferred mode of communication. Clients must send full requirements along with designs/mockups to get a quote. Our PM will review the task, ask questions, and finalize the scope before quoting.
  • Fixed-price quotes cover the agreed scope only. Updates to content, layout, or functionality beyond the agreed scope will be charged hourly.
  • Upon quote approval, we require 50%-100% advance payment depending on the scope. Remaining payment (if any) is due upon project completion and approval on our staging server before transferring to the live site.
  • We offer white-labeled services, ensuring no branding is shown on our staging URL.
  • We prefer working on our internal staging server. If clients insist on using their server, any issues arising during development will not be our responsibility. All live-site work requires 100% advance payment.
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit Cards, PayPal, Debit Cards, and Wire Transfer (for US clients).
  • Clients must provide constructive feedback within 3 days of project completion. After this period, the project will be considered approved.
  • Payments must be completed within one week of project completion. Delays will be escalated to the finance and recovery team.

Deployment on Client Server

  • Deployment on the client server (up to one hour) is free. Additional time is charged hourly.
  • Clients must resolve hosting issues with their provider. If MKSOL TECH assists, charges apply beyond one hour.
  • MKSOL TECH is not responsible for hosting issues like DNS or permissions. We may send raw files in ZIP format for client upload.

Working on Pre-Made Themes

  • MKSOL TECH is not liable for issues in pre-made themes, including performance, speed, or code quality.
  • Clients should contact the theme developer for fixes. MKSOL TECH can assist with issues for an additional charge.

Paid Plugins/Apps

Clients must purchase paid plugins/apps required for development. Clients retain ownership of purchased assets.

Custom Design Cycle

  • Standard designs exclude illustrations. Quotes are provided for illustrations based on requirements.
  • Clients must provide royalty-free images for use in the design. MKSOL TECH is not responsible for stock image licenses.
  • 2-3 design concepts per template are provided, with minor revisions accepted during the design phase. Post-approval revisions incur additional charges.
  • After project completion, upgrades or downgrades are handled under a maintenance contract.

Responsive Matrix

  • We ensure responsive designs comply with Google’s Mobile Geddon update.
  • For custom tablet/mobile layouts, additional PSD files and charges apply.

Content Terms

  • MKSOL TECH reserves the right to decline projects without justification.
  • We do not provide services for illegal, offensive, or prohibited content.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring provided content does not infringe copyrights.

Customer Support

  • Support is provided via email/Skype in written form.
  • Fill out the estimation form for custom requirements, and we’ll respond within one business day.
  • We offer 30 days of free fixes after project completion. Post-30-day fixes are charged hourly.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times depend on project requirements. Clients are requested to respond within 24 hours of feedback requests to meet deadlines. Delays in one phase may extend the overall timeline.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered if we fail to deliver the project.

Technical Support

We provide 1 month of free technical support for fixes after project completion.
